Preparing and sending an enquiry
The enquiry form builds an email in your browser. It does not submit your entries to our website or save them in browser storage. The review screen lets you check the details before opening your email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. Downloading an enquiry saves a text file on your device.
If you contact us, we receive the contact details, company details, site information and correspondence you provide. Only include information needed to explain the project. Take care when attaching photographs that show other people or confidential site details.
Why we use your information
We use enquiries to respond to you, assess requirements and prepare quotations. If you proceed, we use relevant details to arrange and administer the agreed work, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing our services, or a legal obligation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Website operation and cookies
Our hosting provider, Cloud Next, processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and access times to deliver and secure the website. This site has no configured advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Fonts and design assets are served from this website.
WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator sign-in. The public enquiry form does not set cookies. Your email app and linked websites have their own privacy arrangements.
Sharing and retention
Where necessary, information may be handled by our IT and email providers, professional advisers, insurers, accounting providers and delivery or project partners. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it when legally required.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry or business relationship, including relevant contractual, accounting, tax, insurance, safety, legal and dispute-resolution needs. The period depends on the record and why it is held. Some technology providers may process information outside the UK; appropriate safeguards are used where required.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to processing or request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact the email above; we may need to verify your identity.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please contact us if you have a concern so we can look into it.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the website or our processing changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
